Grad Life Coaching
Grad life coaching appointments are here to support your holistic journey through graduate studies.
By booking an appointment, you can speak with Meghan about your experiences as a Western graduate student on topics that include, but are not limited to:
- Transitioning into and out of grad school
- Academics and goal setting
- Leadership and professional development
- Wellness and well-being
- Social life on campus
- Community-building
As a former Western graduate student and current staff member, Meghan is here to help you navigate Western’s resources, programs, services, and supports, and can work with you to develop short- and long-term plans that support your thriving through graduate studies.
Keep in mind, coaching appointments are not a counselling or advising service. Coaching sessions are designed to guide your journey as a graduate student by helping you develop a plan that accounts for your holistic goals and then connect you with the relevant campus experts to put that plan into action.
